We have three different studio apartment types, Traditional, Premium, and Mansion, which range in size from 412 to over 700 square feet. Each thoughtfully designed unit includes a kitchenette with ample counter and cabinet space, a refrigerator/freezer, an ice maker, and a microwave. Every unit’s spacious bathroom features a walk-in, seated shower. Our assisted living apartments are located on the lower level, first floor, and second floor. Stylish touches like exposed brick, large windows, and high ceilings make each apartment unique.
Mansion Apartments
Our mansion apartments, at over 700 square feet, boast unique designs with varying sizes and shapes. Their beautifully appointed living spaces feature open floor plans complemented by a mix of flooring materials, with both carpet and hardwood in the main living areas and tile in the bathrooms.
Equipped with top-tier appliances, including a refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker, the kitchenette offers a full-size microwave and ample counter and cabinet space, plus a personalized locked cabinet for your convenience. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with an adjustable seat as well as grab bars for enhanced safety and mobility, if required.
For your connectivity needs, all apartments are prepped for cable, telephone, and Wi-Fi. Each unit has its own dedicated HVAC system and ceiling fan for personalized comfort. Furthermore, our apartments are equipped with smoke detectors as well as emergency pull cords in both the main room and bathroom.
Premium Apartments
Our premium apartments, considered our mid-size option, offer generous living spaces, ranging from over 450 square feet up to 700 square feet. Each of these uniquely designed units features various floor plans, with some even boasting walk-in closets.
Inside, these premium apartments have stylish finishes and open floor plans with a mix of flooring materials – both carpet and hardwood in the main living areas and tile in the bathrooms. The kitchenette is equipped with high-end appliances, including a full-size microwave, and refrigerator with a freezer and ice maker. Ample counter and cabinet space, plus a personalized locked cabinet, provide plenty of storage options.
The large bathroom has a walk-in shower with an adjustable seat, accompanied by grab bars for added safety and mobility, if required.
