Todd Marsh - Executive Director
Todd serves as the Executive Director of the community. Todd has over 26 years’ experience in senior housing, health care and customer service management. In his role he will oversee all aspects of your customer experience at The Mansion on Main. Kim Williams - Director of Resident Relations
Kim Williams serves as the Director of Resident Relations. Kim has 16 years of experience in the Southern Indiana community providing excellent customer service and compassion for families. Dee Cahill - Director of Nursing
Dee serves as our Director of Nursing. She is a New Albany native and possess 20 years of nursing and management experience. Dee takes a hands-on approach to her position. She cares deeply about the residents and focuses on person centered care.
Jay Bailey - Director of Maintenance/Environmental Services
Jay relocated from Western New York where he lived for 52 years and worked for a large banking firm in the facilities management department for 12 years. He relocated to the New Albany three years ago with his wife of 35 years. Jay has high expectations and works hands on to ensure the development is a clean, safe, and well operating.
Peter Hastings - Director of Business Services
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Peter is proud to call Southern Indiana home since 2014. Peter and his wife live right here in New Albany with their two children. He has over 10 years’ experience working closely with the senior population and formerly served as The Life Enrichment Director. His role is to provide exceptional customer service, serve as an advocate for the residents, and to facilitate a highly organized, efficient office.
Rebecca Massey - Director of Life Enrichment
Rebecca is originally from Paducah, KY but moved to Southern Indiana where she resided for 27 years, She has 30 years of experience working in all areas including, customer service and social services. She is dedicated to providing superior activity programs daily that bring joy and energy to our residents while enhancing their overall quality of life.
